Rates effective January 15, 2023
1st hour (all services): $225
A/C and Refrigeration: $175/hour
Heating: $175/hour
Water Makers: $175/hour
Mechanical Rate: $140/hour
Emergency service: $600/hour with a 2-hour minimum+
Electronics Rate: $125/hour
**NOTE** Estimates will be charged a $225 service call. If the estimate is approved, we will waive service call fee.
* Travel time charged at the hourly rate
+ Emergency service rate must be paid with a credit card when scheduling the service call. Any additional time and/or materials will be invoiced at the completion of the service call. Additional time is charged at the Emergency Service rate of $600.00. Please note that this is not a guarantee that the issue will be resolved with the initial visit.
