Our service vehicles are equipped with a mobile office allowing us to be efficient on the road while servicing your needs.

Cool Boats LLC will provide prompt, clean, quality, and friendly customer service on marine comfort systems, using methods known to be the best practice and interest of our customers.
We will: answer and return calls and emails promptly, assess the issue over the phone, make recommendations which may resolve the issue, schedule an appointment if recommendations do not rectify issue, inform of any issues in keeping the appointment, keep in contact prior to appointment, call on the day of appointment, trouble shoot issues, relay options and solutions, preform work in a clean and efficient manner, notify of any problems in performing work, notify where the work stands, invoice promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
