Rates effective January 15, 2024
1st hour (all services+): $225
A/C and Refrigeration: $175/hour
Heating: $175/hour
Water Makers: $175/hour
Mechanical Rate: $140/hour
+Emergency service: $600/hour with a 2-hour minimum+
Electronics Rate: $150/hour^
Fairfield County: $275/hour
For service between Fairfield and Greenwich CT our rate is $275.00/hour (this will include travel time from our shop and back).
All of our service calls are charged by time and materials.
+ This excludes our Fairfield County service area
**NOTE** Estimate requests will be charged a $225 service call. If the estimate is approved, we will deduct this fee on the final invoice for the accepted estimate.
* Travel time charged at the hourly rate
+ Emergency service rate must be paid with a credit card when scheduling the service call, as well as signing our Emergency Service Agreement. Any additional time and/or materials will be invoiced at the completion of the service call. Additional time is charged at the Emergency Service rate of $600.00/hour. Please note that this is not a guarantee that the issue will be resolved with the initial visit.
