Cool Boats Rates:
Rates effective May 1, 2026

1st hour (all services):           $250 
A/C and Refrigeration:         $190/hour
Water Makers:                        $190/hour   
Mechanical Rate:                   $140/hour 
Emergency service:               $600/hour with a 2-hour minimum
Electronics Rate:                    $150/hour
Fairfield County:                    $275/hour

•  Service locations between Fairfield and Greenwich, CT.  1st hour and travel time rates will also be charged at the FC rate of $275/hr.

Cool Boats Invoicing Policies

• All of our service calls are charged by time and materials. Travel time is charged at the hourly rate, door to door from our shop in Mystic, CT.
• Estimate requests will be charged a $250 service call. If the estimate is approved, we will credit this charge on the final invoice for the accepted estimate.
  • ​Fairfield County estimate requests will be billed as a regular service call, if the estimate is approved, 50% of the initial visit invoice will be credited back on the final invoice. 
• ​Emergency service rate must be paid with a credit card when scheduling the service call, as well as signing our Emergency Service Agreement. Any additional time and/or materials will be invoiced at the completion of the service call. Additional time is charged at the Emergency Service rate of $600.00/hour. Please note that this is not a guarantee that the issue will be resolved with the initial visit.
• There could be marina fees that are separate from our charges.​
• Please note that we do not install customer supplied parts or units.
