In an effort to streamline our service request system, we have created three forms for our customers to use to expedite getting on our schedule for service requests. These forms are:

1. Contact & Service Request Form: Customer Service Request: this form is for new customers to Cool Boats looking for service or a quote for their vessels.
2. Current Customer Service Request: this form is for our current customers, please fill out the service(s) requested and update any information for billing and vessel information.
3. Warranty Service Request: this for is if you have a unit that requires warranty service, this form must be completed, and the required documentation be uploaded. Once this is received, Cool Boats will contact the manufacturer for authorization to repair. Please note that manufacture warranties do have limitations of coverage, any costs incurred by Cool Boats that are not covered by the warranty, will be billed to the owner/authorized agent of the vessel. An example of costs that are not covered is travel to the vessel, removal/reinstallation of the unit.

Cool Boats Rates: * 
Rates effective January 15, 2024
​1st hour (all services):            $225 
A/C and Refrigeration:          $175/hour
Heating:                                   $175/hour
Water Makers:                        $175/hour   
Mechanical Rate:                   $140/hour 
Emergency service:               $600/hour with a 2-hour minimum+
Electronics Rate:                    $125/hour
Fairfield County Rate:           $275/hour 

**NOTE** Estimates will be charged a $225 service call. If the estimate is approved, we will waive service call fee. On board estimates in Fairfield County are charged for time of travel and on-board assessment at $275/hour.

+ Emergency service rate must be paid with a credit card when scheduling the service call, as well as signing our Emergency Service Agreement. Any additional time and/or materials will be invoiced at the completion of the service call. Additional time is charged at the Emergency Service rate of $600.00. Please note that this is not a guarantee that the issue will be resolved with the initial visit.
