*If you have the make, model, serial number, photos or video of the units with issues, please include this information below and attach any photos if you would like.

**If your vessel is on a mooring, we need to have it brought to a dock for the service call.

***We email our invoices to the email address we have on file; you will receive the email from our customer management system as [email protected], please add to your safe senders list. These invoices are due upon receipt and can be paid through the secure link included with the email.

* Quotes are charged $225 fee if we need to come on board to spec out the request. If the quote is accepted, the final installation bill will have a $225 credit.
** On board quotes for Fairfield County are charged at the FC rate of $275/hour for travel and time on board. If the quote is accepted, we would issue a 50% credit on the final bill. (We do book our calls geographically so the travel time could be shared with other calls)
